How to play and FAQ

How many stations?

107 JR West stations inside Osaka Prefecture. Stations served by several lines, such as Osaka and Tennoji, count once.

Which lines are included?

The Osaka Loop, JR Kyoto/Kobe, JR Takarazuka, JR Tozai/Gakkentoshi, Osaka Higashi, JR Yumesaki, Yamatoji, Hanwa, Hagoromo and Kansai Airport lines: 10 in all. Lines that run through as one service count as one.

What about stations outside Osaka?

They are left out: lines leaving Osaka are cut at the border. The JR Kyoto Line ends at Shimamoto, the JR Kobe Line at Tsukamoto, the Gakkentoshi Line at Nagao, the Yamatoji Line at Kawachi-Katakami and the Hanwa Line at Yamanakadani.

How do I answer?

Type a station name and press Enter. Japanese, kana, romaji and Chinese names all work, and the "JR" prefix is optional.

How does the quiz work?

Use the line and the neighbouring stops to pick the hidden station from four choices.

What is the Daily 5?
